Do you support both Telegram and Discord?

Yes. Community Mod tier defaults to one platform; Verified Roles supports either or both. The Custom Bot tier can run a unified bot stack across both with a shared user database.

What verification methods are supported?

Discord OAuth, GitHub OAuth, email-domain verify (great for Edu/Work communities), captcha gates, and crypto-wallet signed messages (SOL / Base / ETH) if your community is on-chain. Pick any one or stack them.

What happens if Telegram rate-limits the bot?

We bake in queueing + retry-with-backoff from day one. Most bots never hit the limits; if you're running a 50k-member server with high broadcast volume, we'll talk about a dedicated bot token.

Can you migrate from an existing bot (MEE6, Carl-Bot, Collab.Land, etc.)?

Yes. We can export your existing role map, re-import it, and run both bots in parallel for a few days so nobody loses access during the swap.
